Twelve, and the kidneys deserve some thought.
A small dog at twelve is genuinely old, and the thing most likely to be quietly going wrong is her kidneys — chronic kidney disease is common in senior dogs and usually well advanced before there's anything to see. Phosphorus is the lever nutrition has on it.
Phosphorus here is held to 5 g/kg, meaningfully below the adult food, which reduces the filtering load without cutting protein to the point where she loses muscle. EPA and DHA at 4.5 g/kg — nearly double the adult food — support joints that are stiffer than they were and cognitive function that may be starting to slip. Lycopene from tomato, tea polyphenols and lutein carry the antioxidant load, and fat is eased back to 14% for a dog doing less. For dogs twelve and over with an adult weight between 1 and 10 kg.
Rice, maize, dehydrated poultry protein, maize flour, vegetable protein isolate (L.I.P. — protein selected for its very high digestibility), maize gluten, animal fats, hydrolysed animal proteins, minerals, beet pulp, fish oil, vegetable fibres, tomato (source of lycopene), soya oil, fructo-oligo-saccharides, hydrolysed yeast (source of manno-oligo-saccharides), borage oil, marigold extract (source of lutein). Additives (per kg) — Nutritional additives: Vitamin A 30,000 IU · Vitamin D3 800 IU · E1 (Iron) 46 mg · E2 (Iodine) 4.6 mg · E4 (Copper) 14 mg · E5 (Manganese) 60 mg · E6 (Zinc) 146 mg · E8 (Selenium) 0.1 mg. Sensory additives: tea extract (source of polyphenols) 150 mg. Preservatives. Antioxidants.
Store in a cool, dry place, sealed. Use within six weeks of opening. Only the 1.5 kg bag is stocked, which is about right — an old small dog eats slowly through a bag and you want it fresh. Watch her water intake; drinking noticeably more is one of the earliest signs of kidney trouble and worth a vet visit rather than a wait. Keep her warm, keep the furniture where it is, and get bloods done at least yearly.

A guide, not a rule. Most dogs this age belong in the Low column. Two or three smaller meals often suit an old dog better than two large ones. Fresh water, always, and more bowls than you think she needs.
