Where we deliver, what it costs, and how fast it gets there.
We deliver ourselves in Paarl and by courier to the towns around it, Monday to Friday. What it costs and how fast it arrives depends only on your postal code and the size of your order — never on a town typed three different ways. Here is the whole of it.
Order before 10am on a weekday and it goes out the same day. It is our van, so there is no evening cut-off — an order later in the day simply lands the next working day.
Order before 5pm on a weekday and it arrives the next working day. After that cut-off, or over a weekend, it arrives the working day after.
The fee is worked out on the value of the products in your basket. Grooming, sitting and walking are visits we drive to you — they carry no delivery fee of their own.

So a R750 basket to Paarl ships free; a nearby-town order drops from R149 to R99 once it passes R750, and ships free from R2 000.
If your postal code is not one of the ones above, the checkout will tell you we don’t reach it yet rather than take an order we can’t deliver. We are adding areas as the van and the courier routes grow — message us and we’ll tell you where you stand. You’re also always welcome to collect from the shop in Paarl.
