Stiffness on a cold morning that loosens off after ten minutes is the earliest sign most owners notice, and it's already some way into the process. Cartilage doesn't grow back.
EPA from fish oil at around 0.29% is the ingredient doing the most here — it's the omega-3 with genuine clinical evidence behind it for joint comfort — with glucosamine at roughly 377 mg/kg and chondroitin at 444 mg/kg supplying what cartilage is built from. L-carnitine at around 326 mg/kg supports a lean body condition, which is the other half of joint health and the part owners control directly. Clinically proven antioxidants and vitamin E round it out. For medium breeds from a year old.

Looking after it
Store in a cool, dry place, sealed. Use within six weeks — fish oil oxidises, and it's the part doing the work. Give it six to eight weeks before judging whether it's helping. Keep him lean; weight and joints are the same conversation. Stiffness that doesn't ease with movement, or that comes on suddenly, is a vet visit rather than a food change. Fresh water, always.
