Contains (per 2mL/1 pump): Linoleic acid 456 mg, alpha-linolenic acid 65 mg, gamma linolenic acid 1.34 mg, EPA 8.4 mg, DHA 4.4 mg, Vitamin A 112.7 IU, Vitamin E 1.86 IU, biotin 1.8 µg, pyridoxine HCl 0.1 mg, zinc lactate trihydrate 10.11 mg, inositol 0.33 mg. Omega-6:omega-3 ratio approximately 6:1.

Looking after it

Shake before every use. Pump directly onto food once a day. Skin and coat supplements take weeks rather than days to show — give it a proper run, generally six to eight weeks, before judging whether it's working.
