Virbac Allermyl Shampoo is a specially formulated, soothing shampoo designed for dogs and cats with sensitive or irritated skin. Enriched with skin lipid complex, monosaccharides, and vitamin E, it helps maintain the skin’s natural barrier, provides antioxidant benefits, and supports the management of allergic skin conditions. The 5-to-10-minute contact time on the second application is where the shampoo does its work — don't rinse it straight off. Weekly to twice-weekly use is standard; a vet may adjust the frequency for a specific skin condition. Directions: Wet coat thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply a thin layer from base of neck to base of tail, massage in and rinse. Reapply and leave on 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use once or twice weekly, or as prescribed by a vet.
