Looking after it
Store in a cool, dry place, sealed. Use within six weeks of opening — the 10 kg and 15 kg sacks are excellent value but only if you have more than one cat, otherwise decant what you need and keep the rest sealed and cool. Fresh water, always: dry food carries almost no moisture, and cats are poor drinkers by nature.
